In back-to-back years, Looker received a perfect score for Likely To Recommend from 100% of the customers in the survey. Looker also scored significantly above the overall survey sample and ranked best-in-class for Sales Professionalism, Understanding Business/Needs, Business Practices, Contractual Terms and Conditions, Product Online Training, Forums and Documentation, and Integrity.
