SANTA CRUZ, CA – Feb. 26, 2020 – Looker, a leading data platform company, today announced that Allbound, the leading Partner Relationship Management solution, selected Powered by Looker, Looker’s embedded analytics offering, to create its Channel Insights product that provides its partner and distributor customers with data insights to help improve the bottom line.
Allbound’s mission is to allow seamless partnering between companies by eliminating friction and driving more data into channel relationships. Allbound’s Partner Relationship Management software allows customers to optimize relationships with resellers through insights such as expanding the quality of the channel sales program, increasing partner engagement and getting an overall better grasp on channel performance and analytics. Integrating data from CRMs and other systems provides this customer base with a solid understanding of day-to-day activities inside the company, but there was an opportunity to provide deeper insights on what channel behavior led to mutually desired outcomes.
By integrating Powered By Looker, Allbound was able to create Channel Insights to provide visibility into what happens in the field, including the ability to identify what actions are leading to the the most successful partnerships. Allbound customers can now use Channel Insights to dig into data surrounding increased deals, deal size, time-to-close, average completion of training and what actions lead to partner successes.
“We have understood the value embedded analytics would bring to our customers for quite some time, but finding the right vendor was challenging as the implementation processes were too long or required too much developer work,” said Ryan Sherman, Vice President of Product at Allbound. “Looker changed the game. We got up and running fast, our customers love that Looker is now a part of the subscription, and the overall sentiment from the market is that Channel Insights gives us a clear competitive advantage.”
In addition, Allbound’s Channel Insights customers can now understand and manage the success of individual channel managers, then help them better understand their accounts and prescribe the next best action. In one example, managers have access to product training completion rates of partners and can take action to ensure proper training is completed or modify tracks to ensure higher completion rates.
