SANTA CRUZ, CA - August 11, 2020 - Leading pre-employment assessment software company Harver, has integrated Powered by Looker, to create its embedded analytics offering, Harver Insights. This new product provides Harver customers with live end-to-end data of the full hiring process, enabling automation, faster decision making and increased business agility.
Off the shelf, Harver Insights, comes equipped with a self serving analytics component next to a number of pre-fabricated data dashboards that ingest and classify data from multiple systems throughout the recruitment tech stack. These components cover a wide range of use cases, from instant visibility into what channel the best candidates came from, to instant candidate experience ratings and unconscious bias indicators. Over the past months, Harver Insights has been released to many of Harver’s enterprise customers, assisting them in adjusting to today's reality.
“Harver, at its core, is a platform that enables digital recruitment transformation, which was already a growing trend in recruiting for years. COVID-19 and the subsequent skyrocketing unemployment rates have accelerated the need for digital transformation almost overnight,” says Barend Raaff, co-founder and CEO at Harver. “Business intelligence is the absolute enabler of this digital transformation. Powered by Looker provides the actionable data insights that allow talent acquisition leaders to maximize efficiency and regain control over their hiring processes during these unprecedented times and into the future.”
One of the companies already using Harver Insights is NexRep, a virtual workforce company that provides high performance customer service, sales and multichannel services to leading consumer brands. With COVID-19 having such a dramatic impact on both the business and employment landscape, the company experienced an unprecedented influx of people coming to them to look for remote work opportunities. With Harver Insights in place NexRep was able to process 1,300 candidates and activate 150 agents in just four days to support COVID-19 testing efforts in the State of New York and make remote work opportunities available to thousands of Americans.
“NexRep relies on data and insights to empower decision making and we could never have handled the volume of candidates that have come to us during COVID-19 without Harver Insights,” said Teddy Liaw, CEO at NexRep. “The actionable insights that Harver provides with Powered by Looker allowed us to assess tens of thousands of candidates within four weeks and deliver the highest quality network of agents in lockstep with client demand.”
