Content access levels control which users may edit Space contents (such as Looks and dashboards), view the contents in a Space, and change Space settings. Access levels can be adjusted for each Space, as described on our Organizing with Spaces page. While Spaces can be adjusted from the Browse section of Looker, admins may find it easier to make changes from the Content Access page.
Finding a Space to Edit
Your hierarchy of Spaces is shown in the Spaces section. Click the Space you want to edit, or expand a Space by clicking the arrow to its left.
Adjusting Access Options
After finding the Space you want to edit, click the Manage Access button underneath the Spaces section. Looker will display a pop-up that enables you to adjust who can view or edit the Space. These options are described in greater detail on our Organizing with Spaces page.
