The Usage Panel is a Looker-created dashboard that presents usage information about your Looker instance. Admins can use the data to better understand how their users utilize the application.
The Usage Dashboard is accessed from the Admin page of Looker:
You can create a PDF of this dashboard by clicking the gear and choosing Download as PDF.
From this dashboard, you can drill into metrics and elements like any other dashboard:
This is a brief guide to the fields that are available:
|History||Every time a query is run in Looker it assigned a unique HISTORY ID|
|Look||Each saved Look is assigned a unique LOOK ID. HISTORY IDs will have an associated LOOK ID if the query was based on a saved look.|
|Query||Each QUERY ID represents a distinct set of fields, pivots, filters, and limits. A single QUERY ID can be associated with multiple HISTORY IDs, if an identical query was run more than once.|
|Space||Each collaboration space (i.e. one created with the “New Space” button) is assigned a unique SPACE ID. Personal spaces (i.e. those automatically created for each user) do not have SPACE IDs.|
|User||Each user is assigned a unique USER ID|
