One way we’re supporting our global customer base is by focusing on connecting people, face-to-face. We started with JOIN, our annual data conference, and we’re taking it on the road again this year, visiting cities around the world with JOIN: The Tour 2019. We’ve also been supporting the data community by expanding our global Meetup groups — helping individuals meet others with similar roles and goals in the data community.
Connecting with our customers to work through challenges, empathize with their needs, and gain valuable feedback has been core to our values and product evolution. In 2018 we launched the Looker User Guide, which connects Looker users to the best training, videos, documentation, and community discussions available. Powered by Looker, our offering for embedded analytics, takes the full power of Looker and makes it easy for developers and product managers to build their own portals or applications — delivering data and insights by Looker wherever and whenever needed. Analytics can be presented to users via an embedded iframe, full RESTful API, or by using our scheduler to deliver reports by email or webhook. You can deploy an existing custom built application or leverage the Looker consulting partner ecosystem to help build an application of your own.
